Our store offers payday loans of up to $255. For a $255 loan, the fee is $45 and you write a $300 check. That $45 fee is the legal maximum in California.
Payday loans are for short-term emergencies, not a long-term solution. Our loans cannot be extended, rolled over, or refinanced, so you must pay the loan in full before you take a new one. The store may hold the check for up to 31 days. Ask the store for the full rate chart before you sign.
